Typographical Errors
In the event that a 4kcomputer LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price,4kcomputer LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. 4kcomputer LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, 4kcomputer LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Payment 4KComputer gladly accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Money Order. 4KComputer does NOT accept any other forms of payments (e.g. Personal Checks, or Cash). NOTE: Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within seven days. Payment Instructions: After winning an item in an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you will have two (2) check-out options: Pay Now: Click the 'Pay Now' button on the top of the ad to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. Shipping Terms We offer shipping to all 48 continuous United States via Standard Ground. Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer, and will be added to the invoice during checkout. Shipping insurance is optional. For tracking please add $3.00 more. Payment must be received within one week of the auction close. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item if payment has not been received within this time frame. Please allow up to 3 business days after payment is received for your order to be processed before shipping. Combined Shipment is only available for up to 5 items. Some items may NOT qualify for combined shipment due to its weight, fragility or if item is shipped by one of 4KComputers' third party partners. Please see individual item listings for specific shipping cost and information. Sales Tax A 8.75% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to Texas. Sales tax is calculated only on the extended price (unit price x quantity) total, excluding shipping and other charges.

Warranty and Return Information

Return Terms All sales come with 4KComputer 30-day warranty unless advertised differently. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (including shipping) will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check. Specific terms are: For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip. Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges. Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means. Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted. Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. A refund may be issued if replacement is not available. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period. Return Procedures Please send an email to rma@4kcomputer.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted. Disclaimer 4KComputer is not responsible for any merchandise that it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the following terms: We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise. Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase. Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
